Exciting Announcement: I Am Joining the Library Strategies Group

I am very excited to announce that I will be joining the Library Strategies Consulting Group.

What does this mean for my role at St Catherine University, MLIS Program?  Nothing.  My students can expect the same level of dedication to my teaching that they have become accustom to.

What is the Library Strategies Consulting Group?  That’s a great question.  We are the only nonprofit library-oriented consulting group in the country (that I am aware of).  We work with libraries and library-related organizations on a variety of projects.  These include: advocacy training, board training, development planning, executive search, feasibility studies and capital campaigns, friends and foundations, and planning.

My focus will be in strategic planning and talent management and development (including executive searches).  I am very excited to be joining the wonderful team of librarians and library lovers who dedicate their time and talents to improve the library world and ultimately services to library patrons.
