Mango Languages Round II

I just had a wonderful call from Beverly, the head of marketing at Mango Languages.  They have been very helpful in resolving the issue.  The learned of the problem via social media.  And that got me to thinking, do libraries pay attention to what our patrons are saying via social media?

So, I recant and recommend Mango.

  1. Thank you for the follow-up post. We try to listen to our library customers and users of our software via social media. It is a brand new world. I think we are all students still learning the power of social media. The one thing I know is that social media is an essential marketing, research, customer service and brand building tool for businesses today.
